Members of the IBD Reiss Management Team

C. Robert Reiss, Ph.D., P.E.

Dr. Reiss has been involved with infrastructure design and site civil engineering projects for over 18 years. His experience includes detailed design, process engineering, and technical review of membrane treatment systems including seawater, groundwater, and fresh surface water systems. In addition, he has similar experience with civil engineering, governmental agency approval processes, and various aspects of development and resort design and construction.

A native of Freeport, Grand Bahama Island, Robert is the son of Hugh Reiss, Sr., a well known member of the Freeport community from 1957. Dr. Reiss has worked extensively with many organizations including the Bahamas Society of Engineers, Bahamas Chamber of Commerce, Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association, the Government of the Bahamas, as well as the American Membrane Technology Association and the Southeast Desalting Association. Dr. Reiss is currently the president of the Bahamas Society of Engineers.

Keith Bishop

Keith A. Bishop, a professional with over thirty years experience in project management, includes more than twenty five years experience as a local consultant in the Caribbean conducting environmental impact assessments. To date, Mr. Bishop has performed environmental impact assessments on over one hundred and fifty projects ranging from small residential developments to major industrial and commercial projects. The success of his company is met by completing projects in a timely manner while keeping budget in mind at all times to the satisfaction of his clients. Through the years Mr. Bishop has been the former vice president of The Bahamas Society of Engineers, member of The Association for Project Management , The Bahamas National Trust and is a current member of National Association of Environmental Professionals and National Energy Policy Committee.
