Sandy Port Beaches
Nassau, Bahamas
Sandy Port Beaches development is envisioned to be a self-contained neighborhood with a mixed-use core, waterways for residents’ boats, and 500-room hotel with safe beach access. Currently, the hotel has 72 rooms and construction is ongoing in both residential and resort areas. IBD Reiss was retained by the Client to design and plan an entrance channel for the development’s waterways that bisects the main traffic artery of West Bay Street.
