Nassau, Bahamas
The proposed East Bay marina development called for the construction of a 100+ slip marina at East Bay Street, Nassau, Bahamas. The development also called for the alteration of existing terrestrial features to provide more efficient use of parking space, improve drop-off/pick-up areas, as well as create dry-storage for boats. The revitalization of downtown Nassau, which includes a harbor-side promenade, was to be taken into consideration.
