Serenity Subdivision
New Providence, Bahamas
IBD Reiss provided design services for a 939-unit single-family subdivision located on the northwest end of New Providence Island in the Bahamas.The project required the development of interior roadways, stormwater collection systems, and water and wastewater utilities for the subdivision.
