Romora Bay Yacht Club & Resort
Harbour Island, Bahamas
The Romora Bay Hotel currently consists of a 25 room hotel situated on 4.3 acres of land on the western (bay) side of Harbour Island. The planned development is for a 40 unit condo/hotel and a 50-slip marina. IBD Reiss was responsible for the preparation of an EIA to assess the existing conditions and proposed improvements associated with a proposed marina expansion at Romora Bay.
