Chub Cay Club Associates owns approx 867 acres, of which 100 acres will be utilized for future development. The redevelopment is to be performed in two phases. Phase I will consist of the expansion of the marina, new clubhouse spa and pool and fifty seven new villas. Phase II will include relocation of the existing boat houses and storage buildings, new dry stack boat storage, new retail facilities, police station, clinic, and one hundred residential/ resort units and housing to serve customs and immigration.
